Lunch as a Spiritual Event and This Blog

 Mordecai Kaplan did not live at the level of " whats for lunch." Rather at one point he came home from teaching at the Jewish Theological Seminary and thought isnt that wonderful, i taught a few hours of rabbinical midrash and the world gave me back a nourishing lunch. All the miracles put together he thought including the parting of the Red Sea could not equal this . Of course ,it was his wife Lena who was in back of the miracle but no matter. It was a spiritual event for MMK.

I intend to post here my thoughts on various topics but mainly my notes on my reading. I cannot read without taking notes which  I have done for many decades. I read mostly philosophy, also theology, some history and some biography. I also intend here my musings on whatever
